Concept proposal
Coffee house and coffee shop are related terms for an establishment that primarily serves brewed coffee and other hot drinks. Café or cafe or caff may refer to a coffee shop, bar, teahouse, small and cheap restaurant, transport cafe, or other places to eat and drink, depending on the culture. A coffee house may have some of the same characteristics as a bar or restaurant, but different from a cafeteria.
Simplicity is somehow essentially describing the purpose and place of an object and product. The absence of clutter is just a clutter-free product. That's not simple.
Sections
Starting from the main entrance music artists are performing on a small stage under the tree with people dancing in front of them. Behind the artists is an indoor restaurant that could be transformed into a temporary indoor exhibition. The windows between them can slide in allowing to connect both indoor and outdoor spaces. On the mezzanine floor, above the restaurant is the bar, where visitors can observe the surrounding views. The skylight above enriches the space with natural light, at the same time allowing natural ventilation. The production of wine is made under the ground, allowing the soil to cool down the inside temperature.
What programs does the Higher School of Art and Design offer?
The British Higher School of Art and Design (BHSAD) is a partner of the University of Hertfordshire (UH) running six validated BA (Hons) programs. Upon successful completion of studies, BHSAD students are eligible to receive academic awards issued by the University of Hertfordshire and identical to those provided for UH graduates. Our students can transfer freely to UH and return back for any semester during their studies.
