Architectural concept project for a business developers of 14000 sq.m. and underground parking space. The task was to design a building that composed of a supermarket, fitness center and co-working spaces. The main goal was to organize coherent differentiation of the traffic flow within the building. Thus the building has multiple entrances and the direct access to the second floor whereas the main co-working spaces located.
